Request deletion of your Bookly Now account
You can ask us to delete your Bookly Now account and personal data at any time — whether you signed up with an email and password or with Google or Apple.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name and profile photo.
- The email address and phone number linked to your account.
- Your favourite shops.
- Reviews you have written.
- Notification settings and push notification tokens for your devices.
- Sign-in credentials and active sessions.
What is retained
- Booking records stay with the shops you booked with, for their business and accounting records, without any link to your account.
- We may keep limited data we are legally required to retain (such as payment records) only for as long as the law requires.
30-day grace period
Once you confirm, your account is deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days. Changed your mind? Simply sign in during that period and your account is restored automatically. After the period ends, the account is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Option 1: In the app
Open the Bookly Now app, sign in, and go to:
- Profile
- Account management
- Delete account
Option 2: On this page
Enter the email address on your account and we will send you a confirmation link valid for 60 minutes. This also works if you signed up with Google or Apple and have no password.
