Common questions

Does a customer need an account to book?+

No. Customers can book without an account, but signing up makes it easier to track bookings and auto-fill details next time.

Can I run more than one branch?+

Yes. You can add multiple branches depending on your plan, and each branch gets its own public page and QR code.

Do staff members need separate accounts?+

The owner adds staff from the dashboard and an invite is sent automatically. Staff then sign in with their own login.

Yes. The platform is fully bilingual (Arabic & English) and ships with proper RTL support on every page.
