Booking data: name, phone number, email address (optional), and appointment notes.

Account data: when creating an account, we collect full name, email or phone number, and an encrypted password.

Usage data: technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Data

To confirm bookings and send appointment-related notifications.

For service-related communications such as reminders and updates.

To improve the platform and develop our services.

To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on your explicit consent at the time of booking, to fulfill the contract entered into with you, and to comply with legal obligations under the applicable personal data protection law of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We may share your data with registered service providers on the platform solely to complete your booking.

We may share data with the Paymob payment gateway to process financial transactions in accordance with their own privacy policy.

We may disclose data if required by law or court order.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the duration of your relationship with the platform and, following account termination, for a period not exceeding five years in accordance with applicable legal and accounting requirements.

6. Your Rights

Access the personal data we hold about you.

Request correction of any inaccurate data.

Request deletion of your data in cases provided for by law.

Object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.

7. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Account management → Delete account) or through the account deletion page on our website — including accounts created with Google or Apple.

Once confirmed, your account is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period; signing in during that period restores it. Booking records stay with the shops without any link to your account.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to store language preferences and session data. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, or destruction. All data in transit is encrypted using the HTTPS protocol.
