1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Icoresoft for Advanced Technical Software Development and Solutions platform or any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Icoresoft for Advanced Technical Software Development and Solutions is a digital platform that enables users to book appointments with registered service providers. The service includes hosted booking pages, appointment management, and payment processing through licensed payment gateways.

The service is entirely digital in nature; no physical products are delivered. Access to the platform is granted immediately upon booking confirmation.

3. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering or making a booking.

The platform must not be used for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

A booking is confirmed upon completion of payment or selection of the pay-at-branch option.

Users may cancel bookings in accordance with the Refund Policy published on the platform.

The platform reserves the right to cancel any booking under exceptional circumstances, with prior notice to the user.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through Paymob, a licensed electronic payment provider in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes.

The platform is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by banks or card networks.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and trademarks displayed on the platform are the exclusive property of Icoresoft for Advanced Technical Software Development and Solutions or are licensed to it. Reproduction or reuse of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Icoresoft for Advanced Technical Software Development and Solutions shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.

The platform is not responsible for any disputes between users and registered service providers.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt.

9. Amendments

Icoresoft for Advanced Technical Software Development and Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
